Bakes and Brownies has started a mail order service. After a few issues with ingredients and packaging, we’ve created an online mail order service.
We are doing the regular range of flavours, plus a peanut butter one. More to come soon.
How can I order?
Just go to the website and select “Order online” and it will take you to the shop.
We have Mix & Match boxes of 4 and 6 brownies, plus an option to pick 12 for less than it would cost to buy two boxes of 6. It will still be delivered as two boxes of 6 though.
All you have to do is pick the product you want and then make your selections. You then add them to your basket and, when you are ready, go to your checkout. At checkout you will need to provide your delivery details, shipping preference and then make payment.
How do I pay?
We have setup two methods of payment. These are:
- BACS transfer – Direct transfer from your bank to ours (preferred method)
- PayPal – A popular secure payment service (you don’t need a PayPal account)

Do I need an account?
You don’t need to set up an account to buy anything but it will allow you to store your delivery details for subsequent orders.
We don’t store any financial information. Payment via bank transfer or PayPal does not require this.
Do you deliver?
Yes, this our the preferred method for getting your goods to you. Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class, which aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays. We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of receiving your order. If this is not possible, we will contact you.
