We do our best to be an eco-friendly business. Where possible, we don’t use plastics. Obviously, sometimes this is difficult, especially where hygiene is important. We try to source packaging that is eco-friendly and, where possible, reusable. See more about packaging below.
We will continually review our processes and packaging, to reduce waste to a minimum and endeavour to remain as environmentally friendly as we can be.
Packaging
We individually package each item in grease-proof paper, to separate them. Each item is placed into a sturdy cardboard packing box, to reduce the risk of damage in transit. The mailing boxes are manufactured from environmentally friendly, sustainable materials and are biodegradable. For postal deliveries, we enclose the box in a biodegradable mailing bag.
Individual packaging
We package each item in grease-proof paper, to keep them separate. Some grease-proof paper is recyclable and some isn’t. It’s often difficult to tell, as the manufacturer doesn’t always declare how it is made. We are searching for a supplier of suitable grease-proof bags and paper that is recyclable.
Packing box
We source all packaging materials with the environment in mind and the box is no exception. Our supplier fully supports environmentally friendly manufacturing. Even the ink they use is eco-friendly.

- Re-usable (if you want to)

Mailing bag
This bag is made from recycled materials, is biodegradable and can be re-used (there’s even an extra adhesive strip, specifically for that purpose). We use a supplier whose sole purpose is to produce eco-friendly packaging.
